Refund policy

Our Perfect Chaos is a multi-vendor antique and collector marketplace. Each booth is independently owned, and merchandise is unique and often one-of-a-kind.

All sales are final.
We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or store credit.

Because of the vintage, antique, and collectible nature of our inventory, items may show age-appropriate wear or imperfections. Customers are encouraged to review item descriptions carefully and ask questions prior to purchase.

We do not accept returns for:

Buyer’s remorse

Minor cosmetic wear consistent with age

Variations in color, size, or condition typical of vintage items

Order Errors

If you believe there has been a billing error (such as duplicate charges or incorrect item fulfillment), you must contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. Verified processing errors will be reviewed and corrected at management’s discretion.
